BodyThe inner and outer bodies are constructed from high grade British steel, electrically welded to form one unit. The cavity between the inner and outer bodies is packed with fire resisting material. The total protective thickness is 3 1/4 in (83mm).
DoorThe outer steel plate is 3/8in (9mm) thick with an additional 1/4in (6mm) hardened drill resisting plate over the lock. Further protection against fire is incorporated in the lockcase.
BoltworkThe moving front bolts and the fixed dog bolts have a diameter 1 1/8 in (29mm).
LockingStandard locking - one seven lever security keylock with keys supplied in duplicate. A keyless combination lock can be fitted as an optional extra, as can an additional keylock.
Secondary lockingAn additional locking device comes into operation each time the safe is locked and gives protection against attack by explosives.
Floor anchoringProvision is made for anchoring the safe to a wood or concrete floor by means of a high tensile steel bolt.
