THE CHALLENGER

Designed and built to withstand attacks from criminals using explosives, drills and force.

BODY
The outer and inner bodies are constructed from high grade steel welded together to give overall protection of over 100mm. The body is packed with high strength aggregates with evenly distributed steel fibres by use of super plastercisers, also contained in the body are steel ties welded to inner and outer body to resist delamination and wedging attacks.

DOOR
Constructed of high quality steels the 50mm thick door forms a solid barrier containing a drill resistance slab tied directly to the inner door plate.

BOLTWORK & LOCKING
30mm moving bolts in 3 directions and finished in polished steel enhance the high quality finish, the glass plate protects the 9 lever key lock and further protection is given by one live and one passive anti-explosive device.
