Rosengrens have a complete range of high class, func­tional storage units for different requirements, purposes and environments.

For data media there is a range of units suitable for central storage. Rosengrens Disco for floppy-disks is a new storage unit which is perfectly adapted to the modern work place. lt is based on the idea that anyone working with a PC should also be able to store his floppy-disks or data cartridges in the most practical place, ie. near his own desk.

In case of fire
The risk of fire isn't perhaps uppermost in your mind. Bu t accidents happen and it's then that you wish your floppy-disks had been protected. Rosengrens Disco gives the protection you need.
Floppy-disks and data cartridges also hate heat and sunlight. In fact they can't stand more than 50°C. Hot coffee, cigarette ash and radiators aren't their best friends. That's why it's a great idea to make a habit of storing floppy-disks and data cartridges safely.

Tough tests give you confidence
Rosengrens Disco has undergone and passed the tough German Braunschweig test for floppy-disks VDMA l20 DIS. This is a two hour fire test under severe conditions. The unit is continously exposed to fire for two hours. In addition there is a drop test of 9,15 meters. This is comparable with dropping the Disco from the fourth floor of an office block.

Order and method
It's not just the fire risk that makes Rosengrens Disco hard to do without. You get an excellent storage place for your floppy-disks or data cartridges into the bargain.
The interior fittings are flexible with space for different numbers of units. You can choose between the following options:

• 105 5 1/4" floppy-disks. Five dividers are included as standard.
• 130 3 1/2" floppy-disks. Three insert drawers with room for 43 floppy-disks in each.
• 6 data cartridges DC 300/600+ 18 data cartridges DC 1000. 38 data cartridges DC 1000.
• 13 data cartridges IBM 3480.

Shapes and colours to fit in with your working environment
Rosengrens Disco is designed to fit in with today's mo­dern work places. You adapt the Disco unit to your own desk. The Disco is supplied with a very practical alu­minium roller stand (please note, not corresponding with the picture above). You can place it either under or beside your desk and adjust the height yourself with a few simple actions.

You can also place the storage unit on your desk, in which case it is provided with self adhesive felt ferrules,

The exterior of the Disco unit is light grey, the front and handles are white with decorative grey and red stripes. The actual interior fittings are black.

Manufactured from materials that can take the worst
The casing is made of several layers of heat insulating and heat absorbent material. Rosengrens Disco has a key lock with two keys. It also has a so called panic closing device, giving adequate protection for your data media, even when the storage unit is closed but not locked.
