THE THAMES SAFE
The THAMES safe is a high quality unit manufactured to resist attack in commercial and major domestic situations.
The BS4360 steel body is packed with a solid anti-penetration monolith of reinforced concrete to a high specification. The overall body thickness is a minimum of 90mm/ 3 1/2″.
The fabricated door on the THAMES puts 50mm/ 2″ of layered protection, including hardened material over the locking area and the lock is further protected by secondary devices which are activated by attack. The standard keylock is a quality double-bitted 7 lever lock, or if required a range of combination locks are available as extras.
The boltwork on the THAMES operates on three sides of the door with 32mm/1’/4″ diameter solid steel moving bolts, whilst fixed dog bolts of equal strength protect the hinged side of the door. Additional hardened material is strategically incorporated in the THAMES body for extra protection against drill attack.
The THAMES has a base anchoring facility. A full range of extras are available; shelves, drawers, deposit facilities, time locks and multiple locking. The body is finished in a high grade hammer paint.
